This short 30 - 40 minutes workshop will give you a quick introduction to yoga. It is built for teams to incorporate it into their workshops or their team activity. The yoga introduction workshop is accessible to people of all fitness levels, shapes, and ages. There are no requirements for previous physical capabilities, no need for being flexible or strong. Participants don't need any specific yoga equipment or clothing. 

People who have never done yoga can experience the "taste" of yoga and feel if they would like to try it out more. On the other hand, people familiar with yoga can have a good, deep, restorative yoga practice.
